Preferably Computer Science Background

Job Description :

Should have good knowledge in web technologies JavaScript, HTML and CSS. ( Java certification added advantage)

Should have basic networking, HTTP and trouble shooting.

Good E-mail communication as well as verbal communication skills

Should have good knowledge in technical support and trouble shooting.

Pref good knowledge would be added advantage in HTML

Content formatting, Lists, Images, Links, tables, Frames, Forms, Active x Objects, Special elements, page layout etc.

Strong analytical and reasoning skills
 
Necessities:
Willing to work in night shifts
Willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Excellent Communication skills
Certifications in Java, Networking, Microsoft will be an added advantage
