Job Description
• Acquisition of new preferred customers and provide quality customer service is delivered to customers.
• Enhancement & deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customer.
• Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.
• Promote all direct banking channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same.
• Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts.
Desired Profile
• Candidates must be Graduates B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, Bachelor of Engineering / Technology or Master in Business Admin / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail Banking / Branch Operation or equivalent.

Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Salary: INR 4,00,000 – 9,00,000 P.A
