- For Management Trainee Post: Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology with a min of 70% marks.
- For Boiler Attendant Post: SSLC or equivalent with First Class Boiler Competency Certificate from the Inspectorate of Boiler Attendant in a reputed Petrochemical/Fertilizer/Chemical Industry.
- Pay Scale:
- For Management Trainee Post: Rs.13,610/- per month
- For Boiler Attendant Post: Rs.5,890-15,210/- per month
- Max Age:
- For Management Trainee Post: 26 Years
- For Boiler Attendant Post: 36 Years
